It is possible to send us products back you bought in our online store with an overall restocking fee of 10% of the credit note value that will be charged. You have to return the products at your expense.

The following conditions must be met:

1. 1. The minimum value of returned goods must add up to 50,00 EUR.
2. 2. Returns will be accepted by FIBRO not later than 9 months from date of invoice.
3. 3. Without references, such as delivery or invoice numbers, a credit note cannot be issued.
4. 4. Goods marked or processed individually to your requirements can`t be taken back.
5. 5. The return must be approved by FIBRO.

If you want to return products which meet the above mentioned conditions you have to announce the return in the Webshop or you send us an e-mail which contains the delivery note number, the item number and the quantity you want to return.

After that we will send you a conformation for the return. Only when you receive the confirmation send us the goods back. Please pack the items securely to avoid damage and send them back to us.

When the items arrive at our warehouse, they are checked by our quality control. After that the credit will be issued and you will get your money back the same way you paid for the goods.

You will receive a credit note by mail or by email.
